Concrete Deep Cleaning

Before (left): Concrete stairs present heavy dirt and stains.

After (right): NBR's deep cleaning is in process with a cocktail of contractor-grade strippers. Then, it is thoroughly sealed with a premium, solvent-based impregnator. The contrast is amazing!

Newly Poured Interior Concrete Floor

Before (left): This floor was poured with a color additive, which will commonly show some color-pattern variations. The homeowner requested NBR’s assistance to obtain more color consistency. NBR deeply cleaned the entire surface, allowed sufficient drying time, and then subcontracted a color faux artist to address targeted areas.

After (right): NBR applied a high-performance, water-based urethane. As you can see, the color variations are consistent throughout. The homeowner is ecstatic.

Concrete Tile Restoration

Before (left): The tile was installed properly, but it was grouted sloppily, with grout haze throughout and much construction debris, making the entire floor look horrific.

After (right): NBR deeply cleaned all tiles, focusing on grout haze removal. Then, we applied premium, solvent-based sealant. A huge improvement!

Integral Color Concrete with Urethane Finish

Before (left): This new concrete slab was poured with integral pewter color and hand-troweled. The homeowner wanted a darker appearance and durable protective coating for easier maintenance.

After (right): NBR lightly cleaned the surface to remove any remaining construction contaminants. Then, multiple coats of premium, solvent-based urethane were applied to darken and enhance the natural hues while providing an excellent protective barrier—just what the homeowner desired!

Concrete Driveway Restoration

Before (left): NBR deeply cleaned the driveway to remove surface contaminants and stains.

After (right): NBR then applied multiple coats of premium, solvent-based, urethane. Notice the beautiful, natural hues!

Concrete Floor Restoration & Color Stain

Before (left): NBR deep cleaned & diamond grinded this concrete floor to remove the cream layer, then color stained, grouted the perimeter, & applied a high-performance lacquer for additional protection.

After (right): The floor is stunning! These photos hardly do it justice!
