Do-It-Yourself: As should be expected, all restored and sealed surfaces require routine cleaning and maintenance. Keeping up with the proper cleaning/maintenance ensures that your investment stays protected and looks great for years to come. We’re happy to teach you the best approach for long-term care.
Professional: North Bay Restoration also offers regularly-scheduled continued maintenance programs at substantially lowered rates. Our service is ideally suited for property owners and staff who don’t want the hassle of deep cleanings. We’re also happy to take the load and worry off your shoulders by professionally maintaining, polishing, touch-up caulking and/or grouting, etc. all your hard surfaces. In the long run, our maintenance service may save you precious time and money.
