Tile Replacement

“Tim Lee is definitely a master in his trade. Our bathroom was terribly etched & chemically burnt from using the wrong cleaners over the years. We tried everything possible to repair the damage ourselves. Tim made the job look easy. Good as new! Best yet, it’s properly sealed & we now know how to take care if it!" ~ Nancy Adams

Broken, chipped, &/or cracked tile can be a real thorn in your side. True to Murphy’s Law, these damages usually appear smack dab in the middle of everyone’s radar. Although removal and replacement can be a tricky job, it’s just another area of expertise for North Bay Restoration.

Please keep in mind, although we regularly replace damaged tile, occasionally during the removal process, adjoining tile will crack or break. North Bay Restoration calculates the error factor and will advise property owners of alternate solutions, if sufficient replacement tiles aren’t available.

“My husband and I recently purchased a home and the master bathroom needed extensive tile and grout work. Tim did an excellent job- the bathroom looks new again! I would recommend Tim for all your tile work. Thanks again Tim for doing such a great job!” ~ Kathy Pieri

Granite Chip Repair

Before (left): NBR deep-cleaned the area and applied primer to ensure good adhesion. Then, the chip was filled with a specialized clear-bonding solution and cured with a UV light system by Stonelux.

After (right): The repair is solid and hardly noticeable, ready for regular use. Although granite is among the hardest of all natural stones and ideal for countertops in both residential and commercial settings, this surface incurred a heavy impact that caused a substantial chip.
